I FELT VERY UNCOMFORTABLE MENTALLY. IT FELT LIKE MY BODY WAS SEPERATING, OR SEPERATED, FROM MY MIND. TRIED TO WALK TO BATHROOM 2 HOURS AFTER INJESTION OF 1 4mg TAB. AND HIT WALLS, DOORS, ETC. ALSO EYESIGHT SEVERELY IMPAIRED.

First off let me say, I have an extremely high tolerance for medication. Taking the prescribed 4mg of this did nothing for my lower back pain. So those of you with the same tolerances, this medication may do little for you. I also did not experience any effects listed on the other posts. First off let me say, I have an extremely high tolerance for medication. Taking the prescribed 4mg of this did nothing for my lower back pain. So those of you with the same tolerances, this medication may do little for you. I also did not experience any effects listed on the other posts. All of you that are either mixing this medication or those who do not take the time to experience the effects, for example: on the weekend or at night, worry me. Please read the label, may cause drowsiness, dizziness and lesson your ability to drive or perform hazardous tasks. None of you are important enough to take any medication without the time to see how effects you. Really, taking it before work, that is why there is sick time. The world will keep on spinning and we will all be fine if you take responsibility for yourself and stay at home to see how your medication will effect you. If any are reading this and feel ashamed, you should. Contrary to what your mama told you, you aren't special.

Okay, so this drug works very well but be careful...I had very bad syncope b/c I started taking cipro at the same time and my prescribing doctor and pharmacist did NOT pick up on this rather important fact. Okay, so this drug works very well but be careful...I had very bad syncope b/c I started taking cipro at the same time and my prescribing doctor and pharmacist did NOT pick up on this rather important fact. I spent a day fainting, called my General Practitioner and he figured it out with me. I had no idea these to meds are NEVER to be mixed. I spent a lovely day in a supine position hoping I had no permanent damage to my heart and there wasn't and I won't mix them again. For my back spasms it has been wonderful. I take 2-3 6mg pills/day depending on pain level. It works fast and is effective. I had my colon removed due to disease 14 years ago which makes me permanently hypotensive and as long as I am not taking cipro I DO NOT have syncope or dizziness while taking this medication and that is significant to note. I also have the side effect of a "feeling of well being" but, I am not sure that's a negative? If you start this drug do it on a day that you don't have to drive or do much just to make sure that you will not have side effects that are disadvantageous. However, if you don't have bad side effects and you feel better then by all means it's safe and effective. Even aspirin would require a prescription if it came out as a new medication today. I think acetaminophen / paracetamol is more likely to kill then this medication. (of note) Yes, I work in the medical research field. No, not for this company and not even in this disease area.
