I took this product as a child after recommendation from my pediatrician. It helped lubricate my bowels making movements easier.

I had an anal fissure the doctor prescribed this medication to help lubricate bowel movements and keep more water in my bowels. I experienced no anal leakage and am happy with the outcome. I have only used mineral oils for seven days, 30 mL once per day.

I have no experience with other laxatives so this is the limit of my knowledge, however I am certainly going to look into other types of laxatives in order to better help my irregularity/pain. Note: I was not prescribed a specific laxative to use by my doctor, but am currently on medication to treat my constant regurgitation.Read More Read Less
