I've been on this pill for a month and a half and just started having the worst cramping I've ever had since I got my period when I was 13, I'm now 33. I was on Quasense but when I called in a new refill my doctor called this in. I never had a problem with Quasense. Also I've been trying to loose weight and this pill is not helping. I've been trying for almost 2 months and haven't even lost a poun...

I was on Quasense for many years- everything was great, last month the pharmacy switched my generic (thanks Obama). I have been having mood swings,(stress, depression, anger) nausea, fibrocystic tissue pain, cramping. What is the deal? How could it make you feel so bad? I talked to my doctor, she said there could be an adjustment phase.

I’m not happy with this pill. I have been on it now a little over 3 weeks and have bleed everyday since starting to take this pill. I originally started taking this pill because I wanted to shorten my periods To every 3 months not get them everyday.

If your doctor suggests this medication say firmly "ABSOLUTELY NOT" and if they refuse an alternative, run away. I went from Quasense to this POS medicine once because my pharmacy was out of Quasense and I had horrible cramps, severe depressive episodes with suicidal ideation, and severe weight gain. I'm talking 25 pounds in 2 months. Absolutely crazy. If you compare the inactive ingredients between the 2 its like one is medicine and the other is a legal synthetic poison. JUST RUN AWAY ITS NOT WORTH IT.Read More Read Less

Have been having trouble with different birth controls with excessive bleeding. My doctor switched me to this. The day after I took it I got about 15-20 huge cystic pimples all over my face, the worst acne of my life. Its been over a month now and nothing has changed with my skin. Definitely not a good pill for acne prone skin

All was well until I started noticing breakouts on my cheeks and jaw. I never before had acne in the areas. I’m switching back to my original birthcontrol Apri.

I started taking this pill over 7 years ago and it's been amazing. My breakouts cleared up on this pill, no spotting, my periods aren't extremely painful anymore, and no weight gain. My period will normally last 3-4 days and then I start my new pack. I swear by this pill and I'll probably never stop taking unless they discontinue it. I get my period once every 3 months and that's great in my book! My cramps are also not as bad as they were prior.

I am almost at the end of my 2nd month of taking this. The first month was great...didnt get my period, has some light cramping at the time I would have had my period. Then the 2nd month starts half way thru I started spotting for about 6 days then having a period with real dark blood I am on day 9 so far. Hoping this doesnt keep on going!

I recently switched from taking Yaz monthly to this birth control. Up until this week everything has been great/unchanged. My face rarely breaks out and I currently have very painful chin acne... I am assuming this is hormonal acne due to the fact that this week I would normally be starting my period. I have read multiple reviews stating the side effects during the first few pill packs so I am willing to ride this out, as acne is a better trade off than excruciating paining periods. Knock on wood but I have had no other side effects such as breakthrough bleeding or mood swings. I plan to update my review or review again should anything change! I would recommend this to anybody who suffers monthly period pain or annoyances. Read More Read Less

I was on Quasense for 6 years, and was switched because I didn't have insurance, this pill is terrible. I've been on it for nearly two months and have had spotting and light bleeding for the entire time, and my period came a month early. The cramps are worse than ever and I constantly feel gassy and dizzy.

I have had great results with this birth control. No spotting or cramping. Slight breast tenderness but that is the worst that has come from it. My periods are lighter and shorter. Not having a period every month was key to me because my menstrual cycles were so bad. I would recommend this drug.

Been using introvale for about 4 months now. I have light to medium spotting periods for about 4 days. The cramps are still there but, I chose a 91 birth control because I don't like having a period every month

This birth control really helped me. I would have my periods every two weeks for 11 days and this prescription has made all this difference. The first couple weeks I experienced some nausea and spotting, but then it cleared up and hasnt come back.

I have been having dizzy and constant spot bleeding all the time since I took this medicine. I have Quasense for many years and it had been fine until I was switched to this one due the unavailability of the drug store.

I was on Jolessa for several years after my last daughter and it worked great. I was switched to this by the pharmacy and I'm so depressed. I've had thoughts of suicide and have not been able to emotionally handle stress from work/home/school/life in general. I haven't had issues with bleeding or cramping or weight gain. But the depression is severe.
