This nasal spray has been the most effective spray I have used. And I have used them all over the past thirty years. I mostly wanted to review this, because of people talking about the taste. You shouldn't be tasting anything!!! Read the instructions, you are using it wrong. Keep your head down, and sniff very gently. If you are tasting the medicine, then you are sniffing way too hard or pick...
This spray does a good job opening up the sinuses. However, the taste of it is so horrible that I would rather deal with allergy symptoms. The taste causes me to gag every time and lingers far too long. My doc assured me that unlike Astelin or Astepro, this drug was improved to the point of not having a bad taste. He couldn't have been more wrong. Again, I would rather live with the allergy s...

I have not breathe this well in a couple of years. I wake up with open nasal passages. We are not sure what my problem has been for the last couple of years, but I am doing much better after two weeks. I would wake up every morning with mucus in my eyes and nose, but now I am mucus free every morning. I am getting better rest when I sleep at night. I started with a sample from the doctor to try it out. When I called to get a refill, medco refused to fill the prescription, sighting medco wanted a person to fail at other medication before you are prescribed this medication. I am sure this will all get worked out. Read More Read Less

At first it solved my congestion problems like no other drug. However, it eventually gave me horrible eye pain. I thought I was going blind until I checked the side effects. One of the worst drugs I have ever taken.

Works great. Can breathe and stopped the constant nose blowing to get air. Possible side effects are feel very tired, and gained several pounds of weight. Not sure if caused by the drug, but seems to happen at same time as treatment of this med took place. The drug works quite well for what it is supposed to treat

After battling congestion and cough due to allergies for 5 weeks; my doctor prescribed this nose spray. In less than 30 minutes; I felt almost 100% again. It is pricey even with the copay and there is a metal taste left in your mouth for a little while but that outweighs dealing with all the congestion.

So happy my Dr. asked me to try Dymista. This medication has really worked for me. I've been plagued by nasal congestion at night my entire life, resulting in waking up several times a night. I've tried all the mists, Zyrtec, Claritin...nothing helped with the night time congestion. Within the first week of using Dymista I was able to sleep all night, even on my side, without being totally congested or waking up to reposition myself, pillows, etc. I am able to breathe more clearly throughout the day. I feel more energized and clear headed and am able to easily breathe through my nose both day and night. I wish this medication cost less (even with a co-payment it is pricey).Read More Read Less

I love it! It has worked better than anything I've ever tried. It doesn't blast your nose like the new aerosols do. It just works. I can sleep through the night and it has stopped all headaches and congestion.

I actually was prescribed this to clear the fluid in my ear. It worked well. ENT suggested I continue it. Even with insurance it is expensive, I am wondering though if it is causing my very runny nose. I think the smell, which reminds me of lavender, is nice. If you spray too much, like I unfortunely did once, the taste is HORRIBLE.

when I first started using it, it seemed to work, for a couple hours, but over time it did not get better. It would not keep my sinuses open all day or all night even after a few weeks of use.

I love the instant results I experienced, but I found out the cost was bordering on rediculous! $182 without insurance coverage. The doctor samples have and offer for no more than $35 a month for 12 months, but if you are a senior citizen collecting any government money, you are not eligible for the huge discount. This product is made from two basic ingredients (both are generic. I got a prescription for two different nose sprays that have the two chemicals that make up Dymista. My total cost is $10!! The results so far are just as good as using the Dymista samples. I spray once in each nostril and wait 5 minutes and spray in the other nasal spray (twice a day) I don't know how the mfg justifies the huge price!Read More Read Less

Prescribed for a sinus infection. I used this nasal spray and on the second day I noticed that my face around my nose and lips seemed to feel odd, swollen, burning, etc. Today, the third day, I can breathe so much better, but my nose feels burned, constantly stings. I also have an odd sense of smell. I have discontinued its use.

Ugh, this stuff is awful! Was prescribed by my dr to combat my runny nose and allergies. From the first moment I started using it, my nose HAS NOT STOPPED RUNNING! First night I couldn't sleep, and the second night I had to take a benadryl to finally get some sleep. In one day alone I went through 2 Boxes of tissues. Called my dr and he said that this sometimes happen and that I need to continue to take it a little bit more to get the full effects. Um, no. Honestly, I am ready to throw it in the trash, my nose keeps running, I keep sneezing, and the skin under my nose is chapped from constantly blowing my nose. Ugh. Don't get it, it's not worth it!Read More Read Less

The taste of this drug is overwhelming. It ends up dripping into your throat and tastes almost like metal. Also, the cost for the prescription (with Health Insurance) is pricey.
