Have used this medication for approximately 10 years for lichen sclerosus of the vaginal area. Used to be 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. Now 3 or 4 applications a week, using Mon, Wed, & Fri,using cotton underwear, being very careful to avoid tight clothing in that area and wearing nightgowns to provide air to the area.

I use this when the psoriasis on my scalp flares up. Immediately helps the itching stop and go away. Feels a little sore afterwards, but would take that any day over scratching my scalp off.

Sore on my leg due to pyoderma gangrenous. It works well. I have noticed fatigue and sweating and wonder if this is a side effect.

The medication absolutely takes care of dermatitis for me. I've used it only as needed over the last 20 years, but because it is a costersteroid??(SP?) I minimize use as much as possible and will only use it when the need is absolute due to scaling and the start of rawness when scaling removed. I do have some type of immune system issue that absolutely showed up at the same time I started using this medication 10 or more years ago, but I couldn't say it is the cause. It absolutely works better than anything I have used in the past and appears to cure the issue for weeks if not months at a time after less that a week of treating the affected area. I cant stress how minimally I use the product but it does work great for getting rid of the dermatitis. Side affects connection I wish I could connect if connectable. Dealing with a rheumatoid or tendon type issue that is still not diagnosed. Read More Read Less

This medication caused a very severe scalp hair loss. I lost about 30% of my hair and it is still shedding. I wish I didn't use it!

I am highly reactive to poison ivy. Once I come in contact with it I end up with rashes all over my skin to include my face, scalp and skin areas covered with clothing. I noticed a few spots on my fore arms and knew immediately that I was having a reaction. My Dermotologist prescribed this to me a year ago when he found out that I had severe reactions to poison ivy. I applied clobetasol to my new spots and within three days the blisters were under control and there was no spreading of the rash. I am very happy with this medication.Read More Read Less

I had severe plaque psoriasis on my palms for years. They itched so bad that in my sleep I would scratch and they would bleed. I tried many medications with little to no results. I used Clorbetasol on my palms for 7 days. It cleared up my palms and they have been cleared for over a year. It worked great for me and I would recommend giving it a try.

I have bouts of Eczema and this medication really helps. It stops the itching in a day which then helps clear up the area within a week. I use it mostly on my hands and bottom of feet when i get flare ups. REALLY helps with itching!

I have been using this medication since 2007 when my knuckles on my hands began to bleed, swell, crack. Dr thought it was the chemicals in the paint as I am a painter but after much self testing everything, it was the dish washing soap. Around April of 2014 problem went away, only thing I can attribute the cure was drinking Metamucil. My wife had a rash on her hip that comes every year and when I told her about my rash going away with Metamucil she starting drinking Metamucil also and her rash went away, go figure. Good luckRead More Read Less

I have been using this med for over 5 years as the knuckles on my hands cracked, bled and painful. Dr's thought it was due to paint chemicals as I am a Painter by profession, I tried a variety of soaps, shampoos to find the cause. Later found it was Dawn dish washing soap. It has now seemed to have disappeared after taking Metamucil, my wife would get a rash on her hip every year and she started taking Metamucil when she saw my hands clear and now her rash is gone, maybe it's the fiber, I don't know. I had genital itching and irritation. I used OTC meds for yeast infection which made the situation much worse. The pain and itching were beyond severe. I went to an after hours clinic and was given Diflucan for a week which did nothing. I got in to see my gynecologist who ran several tests and prescribed Clobetasol ointment. Within 5 days, the itching subsided and the lesions healed within another week. They never determined what the specific cause of the puritis, but thank heavens for the Clobetsol!Read More Read Less

I have been using this for lichen planus simplex. If use 2 times a day I experienced dizziness after about 6 months use. I can only tolerate 1 time a day and use fluocinonide 1 time a day.
