I had a pain near or behind my stomach. the doctor wanted to rule out consipation. So, I was asked to drink two, 10 ounce bottles of Magnesium Citrate. I was not able to even finish one bottle. 3 hours later I had a severe case of the runs....but the liquid did what it was supposed to do. You "must" drink a lot of water with the product, after the product, and for several hours. Don't think you have to drink it staight....just add as much water as you want. As long as you get it all down within the time the doctor said to. The taste is like a very sour lemon lime drink. But remember to water it down...and then it is not bad.Read More Read Less
