I started taking this medicationn a few months ago 50mg ..cut pill in half and worked up to 50.. was feeling very tired throughout the day, but was getting the best sleep in years. I stopped taking because of fatigue. Now Dr. gave me 10mg. So I hope that will take care of my needs. And I was just diagnosed with Fibromylagia. So we'll see how it helps that.

I take to sleep better. I wake up many times during the night and taking 10 mg every night I fall right back to sleep when I wake up. No side affects in the AM, no matter what time I take in the evening. This was prescribed by my physician. Nothing in your research mentions that it helps to sleep better at night?
