I used this medication for my 15 month old when she had a bad sinus infection, with coughing and sneezing. It worked great. It clear up the mucus. Now I am using it to treat her seasonal allergies (itchy nose and throat, sneezing and runny nose).

Non drowsy. Daughter, 12 yrs old, no side effects at all. Took every 12 hours. Great night sleep, awake during daytime usage. Highly recommend.
